The best way to order is via our online store (http://www.trendsetter.com.au). We also accept orders by email (email@example.com) although we would prefer you to order through our self-service online store..
Where are you located?
We are located on the Gold Coast QLD and Brookvale NSW.
Can we pick up from your Office?
Most products are drop shipped from Warehouses in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. Some products like Toners and Ink cartridges can be picked up from our Warehouse at Brookvale. Please ring us if urgent.
How do I know if I can trust your company?
We are an Australian registered business. Our Australian Business Number (ABN) is 52 108 915 466. You can view our company registration details with ASIC, the regulator for Australian companies, on their website. Do you accept Cash on delivery?
No, as as most of our business is online and do not have costly public shopfronts, to keep the product prices in our online store low..
Is stock and price information on your web site correct?
Yes. We only list products that ARE in stock or DO HAVE an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) on. If no ETA is available, please ring us. We also update product stock and pricing information daily at 9PM, including weekends. Obviously sometimes mistakes do happen, but if that occurs, we will of course refund you in full, no questions asked..
I have placed an Order, how do I know the Order status?

Is Cheque payment accepted?
